Our limited tie Matariki Platter – Fruits of the Ocean is a vibrant showcase of Aotearoa’s finest seafood. Designed for sharing, this beautifully curated platter includes:
Fried snapper
Natural oysters with champagne dressing
Steamed green-lipped mussels in a white wine cream sauce
Tiger prawns
Raw fish salad
